Change is always good and so here I present to you a pilot edition of the podcast with a co-host, long time Radio Rabies contributor Andrew Thorley. In this episode we discuss the Lighthouse Family and how it reminds Andrew of happier times…

Let me know what you think about the new format. Is it working for you or not. Feedback would be handy here as I need to know if we’re going in the right direction with the show. Here’s to change!

A quick podcast about a headline I read about a poor Elton John losing weight because of his recent ill health. I also have a bit of a moan about the whole Kate Moss crap that’s been going on.

I’m sorry it’s a poor episode. I’ve had a weird week and today I really couldn’t be arsed to record. It’s done now. Next week will be better, I promise.

In a rather self-indulgent episode of the podcast I decide that enough is enough, I’m sick of people’s small talk and how I vow to never go into Starbucks ever.

I’m experimenting with what the podcast will consist of. This episode is more based in rather than talk about old news from the site, I’ll talk about stuff I’ve been up to during the week. Not sure if it’ll work so any feedback regarding it would be gratefully received…

Would you claim 70p expenses?

The expenses row. It’s always there to give us a cheap laugh at the ridiculous things that these high earning people don’t want to part with their cash for. The latest one is a guy called Mark Thompson who is the Director General of the BBC. He’s on a mind blowing £834,000 a year and he went through all the rigmarole and paperwork for a measly 70p (0.00008% of his yearly wage maths fans!). Seriously, get a grip!

I once saw this kid showing off to his friend by tossing a £2 coin into the air and catching it over and over. Then by a sudden twist of fate he dropped it onto the floor where it rolled down a drain. It was hilarious for me and the kid saw the funny side of it. I’m going to assume that the kid wasn’t on £834,000 and he was ok(-ish) about losing nearly 3 times the amount Mark Thompson once claimed for.

I was under the impression that people with high paid jobs were paid so much so they could afford shit like travel etc. I guess that isn’t the case! Why the Hell are they getting paid a stupid amount?

In this brand new weekly episode I talk about celebrity news including how Miley Cyrus might kill someone’s cat and force them to eat it. As well as political news about how sex education is now going to be compulsory and the revelation that our Prime Minister Gordon Brown watches the X Factor.
